A Whole-Person Approach

Hi, I'm Gini Gill.

For the past 9 years, I've helped clients find relief from pain, muscular tension and stress through massage therapy.

What I've also noticed is that physical tension is often influenced by what's happening elsewhere in life. Work pressure, mental load and ongoing stress frequently show up in the body.

That's why my wider wellbeing approach now includes coaching as well as massage therapy.

My aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help you feel healthier, more comfortable and better equipped to manage life's demands.

How The Process Works

Step 1

Consultation & Sports Massage Session

Book a 60-minute Consultation and Sports Massage Session to assess your needs and begin working on you straight away.

Step 2

Massage Package

Select a package of bespoke massage sessions designed to continue to reduce your pain, tension and stress, with self-care exercises to support you in between sessions.

Step 3

Ongoing Maintenance

Progress to a monthly massage plan to support and maintain your physical wellbeing for lasting change and injury prevention.

What To Expect In Your Session

For every client, I provide a bespoke session depending on your requirements, which combines Sports / Deep Tissue massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy & Myofascial Release.

Most clients experience some relief after the first session, however discomfort & tension that has built up over time usually requires up to 6 sessions to resolve or calm down.

I'm not a believer in "no pain, no gain". I always check in with you to ensure that the pressure used is comfortable for you.

Looking Beyond The Symptoms

Sometimes physical tension is only part of the picture.

Ongoing stress, unclear priorities and constant pressure can contribute to recurring muscular tension and discomfort.

For clients who want support beyond the physical symptoms, I also provide wellbeing and performance coaching to help address the underlying causes of stress and overwhelm.
