Simply start with a 60 min Consultation and Sports Massage session, where we discuss & assess your needs, then begin working on you straight away.
For every client, I provide a bespoke session depending on your requirements, which combines Sports / Deep Tissue massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy & Myofascial Release.
Most clients experience some relief after the first session, however discomfort & tension that have built up over time usually require up to 6 sessions to resolve or calm down. Where appropriate, I provide self-care exercises & stretches to empower you on your wellness journey at home.
I'm not a believer in "no pain, no gain". I always check in with you to ensure that the pressure used is comfortable for you.
