I often perform pelvic rebalancing, as low back pain can originate from the hip.

Whether it's pain-relief you need, muscle maintenance or a de-stressing Sports / Deep Tissue massage, then you've come to the right place.

Simply start with a 60 min Consultation and Sports Massage session, where we discuss & assess your needs, then begin working on you straight away.

For every client, I provide a bespoke session depending on your requirements, which combines Sports / Deep Tissue massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy & Myofascial Release.

Most clients experience some relief after the first session, however discomfort & tension that have built up over time usually require up to 6 sessions to resolve or calm down. Where appropriate, I provide self-care exercises & stretches to empower you on your wellness journey at home.

I'm not a believer in "no pain, no gain". I always check in with you to ensure that the pressure used is comfortable for you.

  • What is Life Coaching?
    Life coaching is a collaborative process where a trained professional, known as a life coach, i.e. me, helps people to identify their goals, overcome challenges, and make positive changes in their personal or professional lives.
  • What can I expect from a life coaching session with you?
    I would hold a supportive, non-judgmental space for you, and gently and decisively guide you with powerful questions. We would start by finding out what it is that you want help with. Then we would dive into talking through the problem, desire or dream, e.g. what you may have tried in the past and what you want your future to look like. We would discuss what you feel may be holding you back from making progress and where appropriate use coaching techniques to help work through anything that comes up. We would explore your thoughts, values and ideas and sometimes brainstorm options together and come up with a plan of aligned tasks and strategies which you can choose commit to. To get positive change, you need to be willing to think deeply, because ultimately you hold all the answers within yourself. However, if you do get stuck, I can offer guidance from my own experiences and from what may have helped some of my previous clients in the past. The coaching sessions are online, and I also offer some walking coaching sessions for my local clients.
  • Can life coaching help me achieve my goals or is it only for people facing major life changes?
    Life coaching can be beneficial to anyone wanting to make positive changes at ANY stage in their life. That can include helping those who want to set and achieve goals, improve relationships, enhance career prospects, or simply seek personal growth and fulfilment. Yes, life coaching can help you achieve your goals as it is designed to support you in clarifying your goals, developing action plans, and providing accountability and support along the way, which increases the likelihood of you achieving desired outcomes.
  • How long does the life coaching process usually last?
    The duration of the life coaching process varies depending on your individual needs and goals. It can range from a few sessions to several months or longer, depending on the complexity and depth of your desired changes and your commitment to the process. Sessions are typically weekly but can be spaced out further as progress is made.
  • Will life coaching guarantee success or results?
    Coaches cannot guarantee specific outcomes, however I can guarantee to fully support you and guide you on your journey towards what you desire, and if you are willing to think deeply and commit to taking the actions and doing the inner work that comes up, then you can be sure of achieving a positive change in your life.
  • How does life coaching differ from counselling?
    Counselling therapy tends to focus on addressing and healing psychological issues and past traumas, however life coaching is future-oriented and focuses on setting and achieving goals, enhancing personal development, changing your mindset and maximising your true potential.
  • Is life coaching confidential?
    Yes, it is 100% confidential. I provide a safe space and whatever we share and discuss is solely for the purpose of your development and improvement and is never shared outside of our sessions.
